I have learned that there is no quick fix when it comes to weight loss. Having achieved my target weight, dropping a total of 90 pounds, I now understand what it takes to lose weight and maintain that weight loss. It is very much about making long-term changes that support health. People frequently assume if they eat less and exercise more they will achieve their target weight. However, that narrow minded thought process  does not take into consideration behaviors, habits, food choices, or the individual’s ability to exercise.

I, on the other hand, recognize that each person is an individual working to overcome their own set of obstacles. One person may be an emotional eater while another may be unable to exercise. Maybe you’re so busy throughout the day that you forget to eat or you have a stressful job and tend to munch on candy to relieve the stress.

Whatever your personal weight loss obstacles may be, you too can achieve your target weight. As a health coach, I teach my clients a healthy way of eating, learning, and living. I am passionate about helping people achieve and maintain their target weight!
